Yoga for Cancer and Positional Therapy

CancerCare is partnering with Mondays at Racine to provide a free four-week group yoga class to people diagnosed with cancer, who are in treatment or post treatment and living on Long Island. This program includes oncology chair yoga, breathwork and self-care lymphatic therapy. Instructor can modify moves based on individual needs.

This program is open to Long Island clients and is free, but pre-registration is required. This is an in-person group class at our Long Island office.
