Description

Using art as a positive outlet offers teens a creative way to facilitate the grief process. Adolescents may have a difficult time expressing their emotions when they have lost a loved one to cancer.

CancerCare is offering a workshop that will help teens explore the relationship between color and feelings. The goal of this workshop is to assist teens in coping with their loss in a positive way to facilitate healing.

This workshop will take place on Wednesdays beginning March 24 through April 21 from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET. This workshop will utilize a secure video platform.

Who Can Attend

Teens (ages 13 – 17) who have lost a loved one to cancer within the past two years.
