Director of Clinical Operations
Sandra is Director of Clinical Operations and joined CancerCare in 2003. She manages all aspects of CancerCare’s call center (HopeLine) where more than 1500 people affected by cancer call each week looking for financial assistance, emotional support and resources that may be of help during such difficult time in their life. She also ensures quality of service meets the needs of those reaching out for help by conducting quality assurance surveys and utilizing the results to enhance the experience of each caller.
