Post-Treatment Support Group

Description

CancerCare will be facilitating an eight-week Survivorship Group for individuals living in New Jersey looking to find positive ways to cope with their experience and emotions around post cancer treatment. The support group will be open to those who are no longer in treatment and who have been out of treatment for up to 18 months.

This program is free, but pre-registration is required.
