Do you love to dance? Or want to learn more about how exercise can help after a cancer diagnosis? CancerCare is partnering with Moving for Life to provide a four-part series of free virtual dance/exercise classes and workshops to people diagnosed with cancer, who are in treatment or post treatment and living on Long Island. These methods may improve quality of life and overall coping with cancer. Classes are designed with a gentle approach and to address the impacts of cancer. No experience necessary.
