- Description
- It is normal for kids to have worries, but when mom or dad has cancer, they may feel confused, worried, sad or angry. CancerCare is offering a workshop that will assist children in discovering new tools to help them cope with their parent’s cancer diagnosis and celebrate their courage. - Who Can Attend- Children (ages 5 and up) who have a parent/guardian with cancer, along with the adult who has cancer and their partner/spouse. Open to residents of New Jersey. - Date and Time- This workshop will take place on Thursday, March 25 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET. - This group will utilize a secure video platform. Group members will still have the option to call in if they do not have access to video technology.
