CancerCare® to Host 37th Annual Festival of Hope Gala on May 14, 2025
CancerCare®, the leading national nonprofit organization providing free, professional support services to anyone affected by cancer, proudly announces the 37th Annual Festival of Hope Gala to take place Wednesday, May 14 at The Park Savoy in Florham Park, New Jersey. This year’s gala will honor Johnson & Johnson with the Dorothy Schachne Corporate Achievement Award.
The Festival of Hope Gala serves as a celebration and recognition of those who have significantly contributed to enhancing the lives of people affected by cancer. “Every spring, we look forward to celebrating our generous partners and dedicated community at our Festival of Hope Gala,” said Christine Verini, CEO of CancerCare. “This event is so meaningful to our organization and we’re incredibly grateful for the continued support of Johnson & Johnson.”
CancerCare is pleased to award Johnson & Johnson the 2025 Dorothy Schachne Corporate Achievement Award, a key partner in helping CancerCare sustain its vital programs and services that have benefited patients and their families.
“At Johnson & Johnson, we are deeply committed to getting in front of cancer—not just with breakthrough science, but by standing beside patients every step of the way,” said June Lanoue, U.S. President, Hematology, Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. “Collaborating with CancerCare allows us to support the emotional and practical needs that are just as vital as medical treatment. We are incredibly honored by this recognition.”
CancerCare extends its heartfelt thanks to all sponsors of this year’s gala, including Presenting Sponsor Johnson & Johnson, Benefactor Sponsor Merck, Patron Sponsors Eisai and Pfizer and to the families and individual contributors who stand with us in our mission to provide emotional, practical and financial support to people impacted by cancer.
