Nikki is an oncology social worker at CancerCare, providing counseling to people coping with cancer and people who have experienced the loss of a loved one.

Nikki shares, “Cancer has impacted both myself and my family in many ways. I have been inspired to help others as so many individuals in the past have helped my family and I through the cancer journey. Being an oncology social worker at CancerCare has allowed me to see the resilience, strength and bravery in all individuals. The journey of cancer brings many challenges and is a reminder to be kind as we never know what individuals are going through. It is a privilege to be part of this community and to be able to assist individuals during these challenging times.”
