
Danielle Saff, MSW, LCSW
Director of Social Work Programs
Danielle is a bilingual Spanish oncology social worker at CancerCare and Director of Social Work Programs She provides supportive counseling and resources to patients, caregivers, loved ones and people who have experienced the loss of a loved one. She has spearheaded a national Pen Pal Program for older adults and also created a “Share the Warmth” Program providing coats, sweaters and scarfs for clients.

Danielle shares, “Throughout my life, I have been sensitive to the plight of individuals facing difficult challenges in their lives. At CancerCare, I have the opportunity to help people facing a cancer diagnosis and its associated challenges. I get to help the affected individual as well as the caretaker and family members providing information, referrals and much-needed emotional support. Working at CancerCare allows me to impact people’s lives during a very challenging time, while at the same time gives purpose and meaning to my life.”
