After completing your donation, you will have the opportunity to share contact information and a personal message for a tribute acknowledgement card. You may choose to have the acknowledgement sent to your loved one by email or mail.
If you miss the prompt after submitting your donation, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to provide the tribute card details.
