CancerCare® Announces Young Professionals Committee’s Annual “Cocktails for a Cause” Fundraising Event

CancerCare®, the leading national nonprofit organization providing free, professional support services to anyone affected by cancer, is excited to announce its Young Professionals Committee’s (YPC) annual fundraising event, “Cocktails for a Cause,” on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at the Michael Kors Building rooftop garden, in SoHo.

The event features over 125 industry leaders, CancerCare’s leadership and supporters in celebration of the YPC Scholarship Program. Tickets include an open bar, hors d’oeuvres, a DJ, and a silent auction.

The proceeds from the event will support CancerCare's YPC and its initiatives, which help young adults impacted by cancer, including the YPC Scholarship Program.

“We are delighted to host the YPC’s sixth annual fundraising event and return to the beautiful rooftop garden with sweeping views of the New York City skyline. This event provides a unique opportunity for young professionals to engage with likeminded individuals, network and raise invaluable funds for a great cause,” said Eunice E. Hong, CancerCare's Director of Philanthropy.
