CancerCare®, the leading national nonprofit organization providing free, professional support services to anyone affected by cancer, is excited to announce the 2023 National Gala on Wednesday, April 19, at the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City.

This year's event will honor Mastercard, a leading global technology company and strong supporter of cancer advocacy. Mastercard has demonstrated a deep commitment to CancerCare’s mission of providing free, professional support services to anyone affected by cancer.

“We are thrilled to honor Mastercard at our gala this year. Mastercard has a long history of supporting cancer research and patient care initiatives,” said CancerCare CEO Patricia J. Goldsmith. “Their ongoing support has been instrumental in helping us provide our programs and services and we are proud to partner with them in our mission to improve the lives of cancer patients and their families.”

Craig Vosburg, Chief Product Officer, Mastercard, will accept this year’s Sponsor & Corporate Achievement Award on behalf of Mastercard. “On behalf of the entire Mastercard family, we are proud to continue to support CancerCare and its leadership in and commitment to helping people manage the emotional, practical and financial challenges of cancer,” said Mastercard CPO Craig Vosburg. “We are incredibly honored to be recognized with CancerCare’s Corporate Achievement Award this year and are looking forward to continuing to support the non-profit’s integral mission.”
