Your support of CancerCare will help ensure that people facing cancer receive the support they need.

Ways to Help:

No matter who has been diagnosed with cancer—a child, a parent, a relative, friend or a sibling—nothing is the same ever again. Thanks to your generosity, CancerCare can provide families with tools they can use to help cope with a cancer crisis—and offer all of our programs completely free of charge.

Our free programs include:

  • Counseling — Professional oncology social workers help people with cancer and their loved ones find ways to cope with the challenges of cancer.
  • Support Groups — A safe, caring place to share your experiences and learn from others—either online, over the phone or in person.
  • Financial Help — Limited aid is available to eligible individuals and families to help cover cancer-related costs like transportation and child care.
  • Connect Education Workshops — Oncology experts present the latest trends in treatment and coping information in a one-hour workshop over the telephone.
  • Publications — Up-to-date, easy-to-read information on topics like latest treatments, managing side effects, and coping with a cancer diagnosis.
