Life After Cancer: Young Adult Post Treatment Support Group

Description

This 12-week face-to-face group is for people between the ages of 20-39 years old who have been diagnosed with cancer and have completed their cancer treatment within the last 18 months.

We are currently recruiting members for our next session which begins October 2016. This group takes place on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
