Telephone Individual Counseling

No matter where you live in the country, a toll-free call to CancerCare’s 800-number puts you in touch with a professional oncology social worker who can help answer your questions about coping with cancer. Telephone counseling is free, confidential, and conveniently allows you to set up a time to speak with your social worker. Call 1-800-813-HOPE (4673) to get help.

Telephone Support Groups

Telephone support groups bring together people from around the country on a weekly one-hour phone call to share experiences, concerns, and triumphs. Whether you are a person with cancer or caregiver, you can hear the voices of others in a similar situation, helping you feel like a part of a larger community of support. As always, each telephone support group is free and moderated by a professional oncology social worker from CancerCare’s staff. Below is a listing of currently available telephone support groups.
