If you want to know the status of an application you have sent, please email Jane Levy at jlevy@cancercare.org with the name of the client and the date sent. Please be patient as we try to locate any application. The demand for our help has been unprecedented, and we are working hard to reverse this situation. Please check our web site periodically for updates about our financial assistance grants. If you have questions about these changes, please call 1-800-813-HOPE (4673) or visit www.cancercare.org. Important NoticeCancerCare's Co-Payment Assistance Foundation is not affected by these changes and will continue to provide assistance to men who are financially eligible under covered diagnoses.
